Good plan, customer service slow
I ordered a Refurbished iPhone and a Month-to-Month Mobile Plan. The phone arrived in excellent condition, really looked new, which was a pleasant surprise. The plan itself is great value for money on the Telstra network. My only gripe is that when I had a question about setting up voicemail, it took a while to get through to customer service. They eventually helped me, but it wasn't instant.
